Our Story
Gutiz
Gutiz was founded in 2004 by Chef Eduardo Gutierrez who was born in Spain and raised in France. He combined elements of both regions to create the eclectic and flavorful menu at Gutiz.
In 2010, when Chef Gutierrez was ready to sell Gutiz, he "kept it in the family" by selling it to employees, Jennifer Peterson and Randy Morris. The kitchen remains under the lead of Gaby Garcia who had already worked at Gutiz for years and was trained by Gutierrez to make his dishes to perfection.
Much of our menu is made from scratch. We bake our own bread and blend our own sauces and dressings. We start with quality ingredients, add a little bit of magic and create dishes that will leave your taste buds satisfied.
